Personal Training

A personal trainer is a fitness professional who develops and implements an individual approach to physical fitness, either working 1:1 or 2:1 or small group work.

The personal trainer will also help an individual assess their level of physical fitness through a structured exercise programme, dietry advice and personal motivation.
