the person suffering from an age related ailment.

mild depression. Many ailments can benefit from an exercise
programme prescribed to maintain overall body mobility.

Extend programmes for the Older Adult,
Participants maybe asked to complete a Pre
Assessment Questionnaire before starting any of
our programmes.
